World Market interview questions

I was hired into this company as a stock person, after the manager felt I was a threat, she demoted me to cashier. When several stock positions opened I was forced to reinterview for the position but a male coworker who was demoted was just moved to the position without being interviewed.

In store, individual, 20 min sit down with manager. Very easy. Questions: Experience? Do you shop here? Availability? I was told I was hired on the spot. Came back next day for training and paperwork.
