One on One interview conducted by Operations Manager. The Manager conducted a conversational interview. Not regimented. She was genuinely interested in getting to know me, what I was looking for in salary, hours. what prompted me to interview for the company? What seem to impress me was the mood of the company when I walked into the store, very upbeat, friendly, laid back.

Brief, simple. Went in and asked if hiring they said yes and did interview. General manager was cool and professional. Staff is professional and helpful as well. Good company overall
