Wise Senior Software Developer interview questions

First there was recruiter call around 30 mins. Asked some background question and some normal basic tech question. Then I interviewed pair programming. Based on pair programming result set the next system design interview. It also went super well. After that recruiter never reached out to me even I asked for follow up multiple times. It was the worst interview in my life, spent couple of weeks to prepare for the interview and also took vacation from office only for interview process. But my recruiter didn't feel anything he should at least respond my email. Very unprofessional.

I was approached by a recruiter. It was a little difficult to find time to talk (he cancelled once but eventually the call got rescheduled). I could tell he wasn't exactly excited by my profile, despite telling me "I can't see why the hiring manager would say no". Haven't heard anything from him since. Another recruiter approach me, but again I was ghosted without any reply. It's a very disorganised talent team, good at wasting your time.
