Interview process was smooth but when it came down to the task assessment, the internal team took almost two weeks to get back to me despite being promised a week's timeline. Wise prides itself as a company that provides feedback on the application/task assessment has failed to do so. I received no feedback or evaluation on where I'm lacking/could've done better. I was really looking forward to improving myself professionally based on the feedback.

Question 1
How would you write an SEO content brief to a freelancer?
a structured series of interactions between a potential employer and a job candidate, designed to thoroughly evaluate the candidate's qualifications, experience, and cultural fit through a series of meetings, typically including an initial screening, one or more formal interviews, skills assessments, and sometimes background checks, ultimately helping the employer make an informed hiring decision; the exact process can vary depending on the company, role, and seniority level.

You have too much on your plate. give me a time where you handled your time management
Interviewer was late and even after I explained my lack of experience with spring still proceeded to ask me spring questions. Insinuated I was stupid declaring that only smart people worked at Wise. Overall incredibly unprofessional.
