A very hard 3 question task, it was made in hackerrank. Defenetly too hard for a junior developer in my honest opinion. Maybe im biased because i didnt make it through.
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Wise
Interview
The TA team is consistently tardy, unresponsive, and lacks clarity in communication, making it difficult to obtain meaningful feedback or constructive insights. It’s quite frustrating and inefficient, to be honest. If candidate experience is truly a priority, a simple one-liner with an appropriate reason shouldn’t be too much to ask.
I applied online. After doing the initial interviews including a case study, I was fast-tracked and received pretty positive feedback. I was then invited to an on-site, where I would complete the rest of the process. After the process, I was told I should hear back within a couple days. Well over a week goes by, with no communication from the team or a check in. Then I get rejected the following week with vague, meaningless feedback. I was told "we were hoping you would go deeper on XYZ in the take home project". Well if you want working-level quality out of me, then pay me. You get out what you put in, period. Thanks for getting my hopes up, treating me like I'm a top candidate, and then turning around and treating me like I'm just another number. If I wanted to be given the hot-and-cold treatment like I did with this place, I would just get back with my ex-wife. I wouldn't waste my time on this place again.
