I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Wise (Singapur) in Mar 2025
Interview
Was told to complete a 3 questions scenario based essay (500-1000 words each question) by a certain deadline with no Ai usage. After which, i was told that I’m selected for the next round of interview - 1:1 to tell me more about the job role. Thereafter, an Isabel Chan said I was not chosen and decided to ghost me when I asked what was the reason. Disgusting. Very difficult to reply as a HR personnel?

Interview
The interview process for the Payment Product Specialist role at Wise was clear and efficient. It began with a recruiter screening call, followed by a detailed take-home assessment, and concluded with a collaborative team interview.

Question 1
What would you do if you proposed a solution and your manager refused?
I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Wise in Jun 2025
Interview
Spoke to a disorganised recruiter who discussed a couple of positions. Went through several stages of the interview process. The system design part was pathetic as the leading interviewer didn't seem to listen. They would answer my question, listen to my discussion on a particular part, and then 30 minutes later ask about it again. There are several ways to design a system, and they seem to have one solution in mind.
Overall, the recruitment process is full of miscommunications, unresponsive recruiters, and a lack of updates or feedback.
Interviewers seem to be struggling to understand the complexity of some of the projects a candidate has been working on.
