I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Wise
Interview
Based on my experience, Wise has an impressive and seamless recruitment process. The candidate’s skills are thoroughly assessed, and the decision-making is both accurate and well-informed. One aspect I truly appreciate is how fast the process is—without compromising on the quality or depth of evaluation.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
The interview included both behavioral and situational questions that effectively assessed my past experiences. The interviewers also tested my transparency by posing thought-provoking and challenging questions. Knowledge based questions about the role were also asked. As a whole, it needs a deep dive interview preparation to crack the interview. Wishing all the best to the new upcoming WISErs currently going through the recruitment process, as well as to those exploring interview guidance while researching companies.
First round interview with HR. They try to get to know you/interest in the role.
Interview went really well and I was told I would hear back in 1 week. It's been 1 month and they never got back to me. Totally ghosted me despite me following up. Very odd and unprofessional in my opinion.
Interview process required completing long form tasks. The first was a research task on AI legislation and then advice on a fictional contract. The contract task required the candidate to outline issues within the contract. There was then a call about the written task. I was rejected without any feedback.
