Wise interview questions

Pathetic is the least word to say, their HRs are literally 3rd party and dont even bother about hiring. These 3rd Party headless chickens are just completing their targets with no hires, right from the first round, they behave like demi gods. Too difficult to get even a response. I think they are bit of racist too. Anyways, coming to the interviews, 5 rounds, 1 - Hr -> mug up wise core values, principles etc. 2-> scan through glassdoor and leetcode, prepare and mug up those questions as well as these are same since 2021, they just ask till concurrency for every such question. Be sure to follow incremental coding because you are an actor and not a developer. 3-> Again mug up those 2-3 popular questions which they ask for SD. If you follow a standard way, they will question you randomly. 4-> product round 5-> behavioral round

I don’t remember the last time I was this impressed by an interview process. The Wise team was amazing from start to finish.
