Wise interview questions

The interview process was structured and professional. It started with an initial HR screening, followed by a technical interview focused on AML/KYC knowledge and case scenarios. The final stage included behavioral questions to assess cultural fit, problem-solving, and communication skills. Each interviewer was friendly and clear in expectations, making the process transparent and fair.

Didn't really feel like I communicated with an actual human until the final interview, during which I wasn't given much opportunity to show my capabilities. Minimal feedback. Case study required a considerable amount of time to complete and everything felt automated. No clarification was given on any part of the process.
