Professional communication and at the same it all felt low key. Really made me want to join the company. There was a take home test after the first screening. However, I withdrew my application before the final interview, because I felt the role wouldn't fit me in hindsight. Nevertheless, the recruiter answered my email and understood my situation. Big green flag, since it nowadays seems normalised that recruiters ghost potential candidates.
