Wise interview questions

A highly unprofessional recruitment experience. Missed Appointments: The recruiter failed to attend our first scheduled call. Lack of Accountability: When I followed up via email, I received a standard scheduling template with no apology or acknowledgement of the missed appointment. Repeated Failure: I rescheduled, but the recruiter failed to attend the second call as well. Poor Communication: My subsequent email addressing this lack of courtesy received no response. Judging by other reviews, this appears to be a recurring pattern. I strongly recommend Wise reviews its internal recruitment standards. This behaviour reflects poorly on the employer brand and suggests a wider issue within the team.

Was good and had a well prepared interviewer. Lots of questions about my experience and also how it fits with the requirements they have. It was quite difficult as they are building out a completely new department now.
