The process is very long, mostly because the recruiter takes very long to get things arranged.
The interview was scheduled for 1.5 hours and included a live coding task, which was expected, however, the strict 20-minute limit was not communicated in advance. At exactly 20 minutes, I was cut off mid-exercise and told this was a hard requirement.
Despite completing a full case study and preparing a presentation beforehand, I was given no real opportunity to present or discuss my work. Given that the role very closely matches what I already do professionally, the process felt rigid, dismissive, and poorly designed. Very disappointing experience.
I’m happy that this happened, because this truly shows company culture.
First a Personal test and a logic test, then comes the sql coding, after that a bigger presentation task where you analyse data and then create a presentation for them to see the results

Interview
The recruitment journey was incredibly supportive and human-centric from start to finish. It began with clear and transparent communication from the recruiters. The actual interview was a perfect balance of professional insight and a welcoming atmosphere. The interviewers made a real effort to ensure I felt comfortable, allowing for a genuine conversation about both the role and the company mission.
