Phone call with internal recruiter/HR. In-house two hour interview: One hour coding challenge, one hour culture fit with a project manager. The phone interview was fine and the coding challenge was ok. The two devs were quite professional, so no complaints there. The last one hour interview with a project manager was ridiculous. He went through my CV judging my company choices and laughing at the type of work i did in one of them, saying it was not really meaningful. For me, this one hour talking to him completely removed any positive image i had of this company and have since not used their product anymore. After this, it took them about 2 weeks to get back to me to send the "rejection" email.
