I applied online. I sent my CV one night, the next day I had to do an online test. It was really fast, and now I am waiting, hopefully going in for an in person interview in a week.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
3 emails from customers which I had to answer with the help of the FAQ site. There is a lot of answers but I still had to think and read trough a few to get the answer I needed. Make you think not just copy!
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Wise (Budapest) in May 2019
Interview
1. Intro call with internal recruiter
2. Peer interview 1
3. Peer interview 2
4. VP Growth interview
Unfortunately no offer, but enjoyed the efficiency of the process. Fast-faced, upfront information provided for each round and very open conversations.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Wise (Londres, Inglaterra) in Jun 2017
Interview
Phone call with internal recruiter/HR. In-house two hour interview: One hour coding challenge, one hour culture fit with a project manager.
The phone interview was fine and the coding challenge was ok. The two devs were quite professional, so no complaints there.
The last one hour interview with a project manager was ridiculous. He went through my CV judging my company choices and laughing at the type of work i did in one of them, saying it was not really meaningful.
For me, this one hour talking to him completely removed any positive image i had of this company and have since not used their product anymore.
After this, it took them about 2 weeks to get back to me to send the "rejection" email.
