Interview
First they write a letter to you, to schedule a call with Team, you need to find available times.
Then you state every available time for a month.
After 3 weeks they comeback to you, saying role is not longer available.
Recruiters need to speed up they process, so developers will not waist they time

Interview
I applied online. I had two rounds, the first one being the application after which in the second round you have to face a virtual interview conducted on Hirevue.
These are the 5 questions for the interview powered by Hirevue. I was told the results would arrive within a week but came in three days. My whole interview experience was just average, nothing unexpected. The role offered visa sponsorship which was a good thing but it's hard to comprehend that the candidate selection process relies on AI-powered software. Maybe WISE can take a human approach from the start and talk to actual candidates in all the rounds.
- Tell me about a time where you've gone above and beyond what's expected of you? What was the situation? What actions did you take and why?
- I'd like to know about a time that you made a mistake. What happened? Why? And how did you fix things?
- Tell me about a time where you received negative feedback. What happened? How did it make you feel? What did you learn from the situation?
-Is there anything else that you'd like to tell us about yourself or anything that you may have missed in your previous answers?
- Describe a situation where you've decided to step in and help where it wasn't your responsibility to do so.

Interview
Huge waste of time!
Had an initial HR round, which was good, followed by a screening test. This was a 4 hour hackerrank test, I feel this is long for a screening test. After this I was invited to a technical interview, which was supposed to be a pair programming interview along with discussing my solutions to the Hackerrank test. But turns out, the initial interview details were not saved or whatever. So a repeat of the initial interview. The second interviewer comes in late, again another intro. There was no programming or any technical discussion. Just asked every single thing mentioned on the resume.
The next day, got an automated email, saying I have been rejected.
No feedback, nothing gained from the interview. Just a waste of about 6 hours.
