First of all, you will need to do some homework, which is basically replying to some real users' emails within a given timeframe. You can use the articles on Wise's Help Centre as a reference, or simply google it if it's a more general issue. The second round is to do a video recording on Hive to answer some preset behavioural questions, like "When was the last time you made a mistake in your last job, and what did you do to fix it". You can practice before you feel confident to record.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
- When was the last time you made a mistake in your last job, and what did you do to fix it? - Did you ever step out of your responsibility for something?
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Wise (Tallin) in Nov 2022
Interview
I applied via an employee referral and my application was reviewed and I got an invitation for the hire view interview. I was invited for interview with two leads a week after the hire view.
I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Wise in Sep 2022
Interview
Initially the process was great, but it fell apart towards the end. The feedback was relatively swift and it was clear how many more rounds were left. But in the process, they lost my initial application and I had to resubmit my CV and cover letter. Then the responses got slower and it seems they added an extra round of screening. And when I eventually got through all the interview rounds and wasn't given an offer, I was sent an automated email that one usually gets after getting rejected at the start. When I asked for more detailed feedback, I was referred to someone else who I emailed but didn't get a response.
