Lengthy process with few rounds but it shows they hire the best of the best. Tough interview questions. Took well over 2 months from interview to getting an offer letter
I applied online. I interviewed at Wise (Londres, Inglaterra) in Aug 2022
Interview
3 interviews, 1 standard HR, 1 with a quite a hefty task, quite labour intensive, not a great understanding of the job by the end, friendly people, all working remote

Question 1
Whats your process for reporting, how would you improve our social media, questions on tik tok etc
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Wise (New York, NY) in Feb 2023
Interview
First round - take home test that can be passed pretty easily if you can point out the details. Best of you explain yourself well.
Panel Interview - Was with lead and team member. Pretty standard theoretical questions. I'll add examples below.
Overall - My negative experience comes from the disconnect from their emphasis on their culture and how the interview was conducted. They preach transperency, and openness but the interview lacked that. I had a few questions where I was open, and honest but still within their expectations. The issue occurred when the interviewer took small details of my response and paraphrased it but with a negative spin. In efforts to keep things running smooth, I adjusted my answers. Of about (guessing) 10 questions, about 3 of them were what felt like trick questions which led to the interviewer twisting my words.
