Wise interview questions

Initial process seemed to go well. Recruiter call was usual. Then the first two technical interviews went well. Then on 3rd technical interview I was given a brief by recruiter that it will be a deep dive into my skills and some tech questions. It started okay but I felt like there was a bit of a gap interviewers understanding of what went in previous stages. Then we jumped onto hacker rank and what should have been a code review turned into exactly same exercise as stage 2 but with 2 different people. Additionally one of interviewers was not able to express himself well and his questions were often incomplete and required further clarification. It seemed like they were not sure what needs to be done and have not had much interview experience. Conversation didn’t flow well. After interview I waited to get feedback as it often was sent next day or even same day. But no word came. 3 days later I emailed recruiter and turned out they went on holiday. Without letting me know or sharing a contact who would take over the process. After some more emailing I finally got a reply 4 days later. It seemed very unprofessional and very disappointing.

Application questions, followed by a hirevue video interview that consisted of recording myself answering pre recorded questions and then doing some mock-ups of email replies using their online documentation. there were no guidelines provided or anything, just look at the documents and reply to practice questions
