There are many phases, but the interview (the last one) is the most difficult, they ask behavioral questions, things about how you reacted to x situation, or if you ever had a conflict with a colleague.
I applied online. I interviewed at Wise (Tampa, FL) in Nov 2022
Interview
The interviewers were nice and easy to talk to. They asked scenario based questions. Afterwards, they discussed benefits and starting dates for training and said that I would receive an email with what day it would be. I thought that meant the interview went well, but it wasn’t the case.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Wise (Tallin) in Apr 2023
Interview
First interview was via HireVue, which was simple. Some easy questions about Wise values, and some behavioral questions like '' tell me about a time you failed '', '' your biggest achievement '' etc. After this stage they contacted me the next day and asked me to complete a home assignment. Simple AML stuff. Next stage was meeting with a TL, which was absolutely painful. From the get go the interviewer looked like he would rather be somewhere else. He looked tired, showed no emotions and at some point he was rubbing his eyes and almost yawning while he was talking to me, something i have never seen happening in an interview before. I do not want to sound bitter, i am sure there were many suitable candidates for this position but unfortunately my experience with p2p video interview was not good.
