Wise interview questions

Interview with the recruiter was very promising, but the "no" came within a few hours. I had ticked all the boxes and the recruiter was really positive about sending my info forward. I tried reaching out three times to find out what was the reasoning, but no answer. All I can come up with is my nationality.

Complete cluster. The first call is with the recruiter who fails to comprehend what you are telling her. She literally has had a list of questions and would go through them one by one paying no attention to what you've said and asking the question you have answered half a minute ago. The recruiter was quite clear that they don't know what the process will look like as they haven't decided yet. The second stage was a call with a director of engineering. Complete waste of time. She could not understand what servant leadership meant and expected me to go into a level of technical detail that was unreasonable to expect considering how wide my current role is. Evasive answers to my questions. Bullet dodged.
