Wise interview questions

Fairly standard interview process. First round included an interview with questions on competency and experience. Second round was based around a task and a presentation on findings from the task.

The interview process includes 3 steps: Take-home test: It was not too hard, containing three questions - algorithm, API, and SQL. Video interview: Questions about your work life; you have to create videos at home. It was easy because you have infinite time and can retake as much as you want. Final interview: I got two tasks and had to solve them with my interview partners.
