Wise interview questions

Interview process was very easy, set up a call with a recruiter and it took about 30 minutes. Was surprised to be auto rejected the next day after a great conversation.

Application, 70 mins hackerrank test with 3 questions, recorded video interview, 60 min technical interview with 2 engineers with a couple of personality questions and 2 technical questions. Each stage took 3-4 weeks to get back to me, which was slower than some other companies but Wise has fewer stages than other companies. Technical interview was the highlight - was interviewed by 2 friendly engineers who supported me through the questions and gave me opportunities to ask questions and learn. Hardest stage was the initial tech test as I felt really short of time and did not complete 1 of the questions. Overall the process left me with a really good impression of the company.
