The recruiter reached out asking for a few weeks of availability. 3 weeks of availability was provided within 3 hours. The recruiter then forgot to schedule the interview and never followed up. When I reached back out multiple times to inquire, I received no reply. Completely unprofessional and an apparent lack of competency on the talent team.

Initial coding test then interview with hr then interview with data science team. Coding test was average difficulty but good idea to revise both python and sql. Some statistics questions where also asked but these are very basic and shouldn't cause any problems

Was invited for a screening call with a talent acquisitions person, which I felt went really well, and was immediately sent a take home task to complete. (I don't love these because of the free labor concept behind it, but it is what it is) I completed it very thoroughly and within a quick timeframe, submitted it within the suggested deadline and then...nothing. Two weeks later I have heard nothing despite 2 follow up emails that have also been ghosted. I cannot even describe how unprofessional, rude, and disrespectful it is to have me complete an assignment (that could be easily used internally without my knowledge or any credit to me for my original work) only to not even have the decency to email me to let me know the outcome. Gross.
