Interview
Sent CV and Cover Letter, a few days later received email from a people ops specialist, chose a date for the 1st interview (they offer flexibility, you can have the interview within the same or next week).
First interview was with a very pleasant team lead who asked some questions about the company, its mission. They want to know whether you even researched the company before showing up for the interview.
Second interview took 1 week after the first interview with 2 leads, which lasted for about an hour. They were just as pleasant as the person from 1st interview. They asked questions like who am i, why do i want to work here. They asked questions about giving and receiving feedback. There was one question where they asked me to talk about an incident where i made a difference, fixed a problem or made a process better.

The interview was moderately challenging, with a mix of technical questions and behavioral inquiries. I had to demonstrate problem-solving skills, teamwork experience, and adaptability, all while maintaining composure and confidence.
There were 2 prior stages to the interview, pretty straightforward and organized but slightly more time consuming in comparison to the usual at home pre interview tasks. But the hiring team is very responsive and understanding, and accomodates for every adjustment.
