Question 1
Due to the nature of the role questions where focused on experience
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Wise in Jul 2024
Interview
TL;DR: They haven't got a clue about what they're doing. Read the employee experience reviews before even bothering to attend an interview.
For starters, they were quite adamant about the 3-5x on site work and even admitted that the work hours can be tough.
Secondly, the recruitment team is a mess. Their communication is awful and frankly are quite lazy to do a full 30 minute call. If these are things you'd tolerate as a standard, I would say go for it.
