Wise interview questions

Chaotic, misaligned, haphazard. You name it. This process had all the worst parts of applying for a job. I applied online in the first instance. Got through to screening with fellow potential team member. He didn't really know what they were hire for and was based in US. Seemed quite inexperienced. Next interview was scheduled but the interviewers didn't share a link to join. They don't use a scheduling tool so you often get an invite with no meeting link. This also happened for my first interview. After chasing they said they'd get back to me to reschedule and that the team didn't know about the interview. Then as others have said... silence. Very strange and a waste of time preparing. Since this experience I've been contacted by an external recruiter hiring for the same position wanting to put me forward. I've also seen that the role has changed 3 times since I interviewed. This company seems very inexperienced and disorganised. Avoid until they start acting like a proper business.

They just ghosted me. I had communicated with a recruiter, then there was an online test (which I passed) and then a take-home assignment. It's been over 3 months since I submitted the assignment and they never got back to me.
