I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Wise (Tallin) in May 2022
Interview
Complete process took exactly two weeks. I applied online and within next 24 hours received an email that I have been moved to the next stage.
Completed that part the same day and then the day I received an email where I was informed, I have been moved to the final stage which was a Zoom call with two Leads where they will ask you behavioral questions so you must be prepared, and I can’t stress this enough read about the company’s mission, culture, and products.
Zoom call lasted for an hour or so and then exactly after one week I was invited to the final interview feedback with one of the recruiters where they explain about the offer, company benefits and relocation support.
In my view be yourself and don’t stress too much on your CV or the technicalities of the job but be natural.

Question 1
What do you know about company's culture and mission?

Interview
First, you apply online and fill out a basic form then you get invited to a pre-recorded interview (Hirevue?).
The second stage was ridiculously long. The pre-recorded questions are fine and nothing out of the ordinary but the emails were a pain. You have to search through their FAQs for answers, some are not even there and you can only find the info you need when you search in their articles. You get an hour for each question but by the time you're halfway done, you're already fed up. The last email/question has nothing to do with the position, they give you a graph and ask how you can boost the productivity of an employee which is completely irrelevant.
All in all, a long and time-consuming interview. If you're going to waste 2 hours of someone's life, at least give them feedback when you reject them.

Tell us about a time you made a mistake and how did you handle the situation.

Interview
Applied on the 10th.
Within the same week I received an email for the next step: reply to 5 questions in email form. You must use their help center on their site to answer most of the questions.
The following week I was then moved to the final step: interview with the senior team lead and another team lead. I received time and date for the interview the next day.
The next week I was scheduled for the interview. I was asked general and situation based questions. No different than your typical interview questions. Then they discussed what the job would entail and the perks of the company. They concluded with advising I’d hear back within 2-3 business days.
I received an email a few hours later that same day to schedule a follow up interview.
On the 26th I had my follow up interview, I was offered the position and I accepted. We spent an hour discussing the job, company and the benefits.

- I have just registered but I am really confused as to how this all works? I want to pay the sum of €3,450 to a recipient's Danish bank account (i.e. this is the exact sum the recipient is due.) How much in GBP do I need to credit my wise account with (from my own online UK current account) to ensure that the fee is covered & the recipient still receives the full €3,450? When I use the example calculator it appears that the recipient will receive less than the exact required sum due to fee charges being deducted? Please advise & explain exactly how much (in GBP£) I need to transfer online from my personal UK current account into my wise account to ensure the recipient receives the full €3,450. Thanks.
