Interview
First screener was straight forward asking regular question to qualify the candidate for the position. If you are bilingual you must take a test to proof you language literacy. Recruiter explained benefits which included 401K, competitive salary and spoke about the recruiting process starting with a first screener and second in person interview with professional attire.

Asked if I was willing to wear professional attire.

It was pretty straight forward regular questions normally asked. First it was the interview with the recruiter, then came the panel interview with the Regional manager, District Manager and HR.
