The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Wayfair
Interview
Professional and polite process was excellent. Be sure you’re applying for the right position as case interview style is difficult if you’re not an expert. Everyone was pleasant and supportive.

Show an ambiguous data set and ask you to do the math to get to the right answer. Whew!
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Wayfair in May 2018
Interview
Overall, I found my experience with Wayfair negative. Though everyone I met was very nice and clearly enjoyed working there - every step of the process was quite poorly handled. People were over 15 minutes late for each round, including the in-person, where I was left sitting on the sofa for over 20 minutes before anyone turned up (as they also don't have a reception). After my final round, I heard one week later to ask me to wait another week, then another week then nothing until I used my internal contact to find out more information. This was over 3 weeks since I went in for my in-person.
Finally, I felt interviewers were nice but quite assertive like they were testing for a slip up (obviously testing as it is an interview but it was the way in which this was done!). Most people I met had been with the company for quite a while which is nice but there was a sense the organisation was acting quite re-actively and it was quite chaotic.
I know other people have had smoother experiences but unfortunately the process put me off wanting to work for the company - I think being conscious of people's time and efforts is respectful. Things happen but notifying them you will be over 15 minutes late is a polite thing to do (especially when they were late on more than one occasion).

I applied through college or university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Wayfair (Boston, MA) in Apr 2017
Interview
Phone interview. 2 interviewer, 30 minutes each. The experience is not very good. First, I filled a time availability table as soon as I got the requesting email. And I waited 2 days for my interview schedule. On the third day, I emailed the recruiting team ask about if anything is ok. She said yes, just not got to you yet. Then after the weekend, in the Monday morning, at 9:30, I received my interviewing call!!! From nowhere!!
