I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Wayfair in Dec 2019
Interview
The hiring process was okay structured - I had to ask a few times about the status of my application in order to get an update - The interview process was structured via Phone - Video then on-site Interview. In total spoke to five different people and got a good understanding of the company, roles and processes

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Wayfair (New York, NY) in Feb 2019
Interview
Recruiter reached out via LinkedIn. Had 3 informal phone calls and then a case interview over video. While I did not perform well on the case, they brought me in for final rounds (3 behavioral + 1 case). Recruiter was very communicative throughout the entire process but the in-person experience fell flat.
