1st round: HR screening: just basic questions about your background
2nd round: Hiring Manager: behavior question + case study, the case will be giving during the interview, but quite easy if you are in this field
3rd round: Panel Interview: with 4-5 other managers and directors, all behavior questions, include one case study - not difficult

basically just your past experience, focusing on leadership, supplier management, etc
There was a short case which was quantitative. There were also behavioral questions - e.g., tell me about a time when something happened or what you would do in this situation. There were also fit questions - e.g., why Wayfair.

Interview
Slow but nonethless pleasant process. First in the HR interview followed by a case interview then a panel interview in the end. The panel interview is mostly behavioral and another case interview.
