Walt Disney Company Cast Member - Part Time interview questions

Disney knowledge is a plus, but not required. Do expect that they will ask what your favorite character and movie is and why. Interviews are done in a group setting, which makes it more comfortable and relaxing. They will give some scenario situations and ask you to role play.

The hiring process was quick and easy. I applied online for a part time job. I got the call 3 or 4 days later after I have applied online. The interview process was really easy and super laid back. It was a group interview and we had three managers interviewing us. They were chill and fun. My advice is just to be authentic and be enthusiastic about the company. If you show your love for the job and the company, it totally reflects on your answers and how you communicate with the managers who are interviewing you. They didn't make us do anything or quizzed us anything about Disney. We basically just had a conversation.
