I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Walmart (Toronto, ON) in Nov 2008
Interview
The interview process was fairly simple. They ask you some behavioural questions about situations involving problem scenerios. The whole point is to determine if you are a team player and how well you deal under pressure. They ask you a lot of other typical questions like why do you want to work here? what are the hours you are looking to work. If you are fairly confident and can solve problems easily it is easy to get this job

Question 1
If you know you were doing something right, but your manager told you to do it another way, what would you do?
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Walmart in Jan 2008
Interview
It was very easy. The questions were just common sense things like ''What would you do if a customer needed your help but you had to get a project finished'' and ''How would you handle a difficult customer''. The 2 managers who interviewed me seemed laid back and were making jokes and asking me about the weather and such to make me feel comfortable and at ease.
