Walmart Sales Associate interview questions

The interview process is split up into 3 small interviews, first you will interview with a department manager they will read off a list of questions asking scenarios you may or may not have been in and how you reacted to them they just scale your answer from 1-7 and log them into the computer after. If they feel that you are a good fit for the job you are being offered they will call in a assistant manager for your 2nd interview. this is the same process as the first interview and even most of the same questions are asked. They will setup a drug test and background check, they said this could take up to a week but I got mine back the next day. I was called back the same night of my first 2 interviews and was asked to come back in the next day for the 3rd interview / job offer. I was very happy with the process and it was all done very fast.
