WTW Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

The interview process began with a phone screening. Then the interview took place in the Willis Tower's Watson office with two interviewers asking you questions about how you handle customer service situations. Are you able to multi-task and use dual-screen technology? If you have passed round one, you then have to write an email response to a customer service challenge.

Applied thru agency, talked to agency about experience and took a test. Phone interview with a manager at tower watson and then a face to face interview. Majority of the paperwork was done online which made the process quick. Everyone from the agency to tower watson was great and easy going.
