WTW Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

Virtual interview was great. To qualify for an interview, I completed a simulated test taking calls and choosing the correct response to the customer. During the ensuing interview, I answered from my heart, but had to think quickly. At the end I was made an offer! Very professional recruiter.

Interview process went really smoothly; apply for job, got an email to do a test/customer service scenario test, if you pass you receive an email to do a recorded interview and if they like you, you get the final interview. The whole process took 2 weeks for me (from the time I applied to the time I got the offer). Very great process.
