WTW Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

Only three interviews all together. It was clear why I wasn’t selected but seems like a decent company that still allows WFH. I met with someone over the phone then transitioned to zoom interviews. Meeting with two people at a time from the team.

Applied online and was shortlisted. Followed up by a telephone interview. The process was very smooth and didn’t take long for them to get back. I was giving more interviews around same time So I accepted another offer.
