I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at WTW (Toronto, ON) in Oct 2015
Interview
It was a very basic interview I had two interviewers and they just asked me to walk them through my resume and highlight my main achievements. Unstructured in that there were no formal technical questions I was expected to answer. It was very relaxed, and the interview had a casual feel.

Interviewed for Actuarial Internship position in Retirement. Had four 30 minute interviews with employees all in the Retirement department, some with employees who had only worked there for a few months, some who had been there for over ten years. After these interviews two other employees treated me to lunch at a nice restaurant nearby. After the meal they dropped me off in the parking lot and sent me on my way.
