I applied through college or university. I interviewed at WTW
Interview
Application online and then takes a month to have the on campus interview. And a month later the office interview. They will contact you by email and ask you to apply on the website.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at WTW (Manchester, Inglaterra) in Apr 2013
Interview
The process starts with an online application form that is fairly easy to fill in. The amount of guidance was great. You have three motivation questions to answer. One of them is "Please complete a cover letter. This should include an introduction, why you want to work for Towers Watson and a brief outline of your extra-circular activitie"
Then a telephone interview which was competency based, with questions such as "Tell me a time when you have worked as a team." The staff was friendly and willing to repeat the question. The telephone interview lasted around 45 mins.

Interview
On campus interview and on-site. For the OCR, they treated all the interviewees to dinner the day before at a nice restaurant. Took a lot of the nerves off because we had casual conversations with the two interviewers. The interview itself was behavioral and had some technical questions.
For the on-site, you meet several people of various positions. These may potentially be your "bosses" at your internship. After several interviews, they took us to dinner and a sports game.
