I applied through school website and had an on campus interview few days later. It was just a brief 30-minute talk about my resume and the job. There wasn't any specific questions.

I applied through an internship placement organization. It required that I provide them with an interview and a cover letter and then they did the internship shopping for me and arranged the interview with WTW. The interview was relatively straightforward and seemed directed at gauging my fit for the office. I definitely was surprised by the lack of actual hard content, however, given my experience at the time, I doubt they expected that I had much experience in the actuarial industry. I ended up having to wait a couple of weeks to hear about the offer, but
