I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Verizon (Basking Ridge, NJ) in Jun 2024
Interview
Process was easy, people are likable. It seems that recruiters are stressed looking for talent. Hiring managers are looking for specifics and get hung up on the details. A referral is the best way to go, and will give you a clearer understanding of the requirements. It may also streamline the process, because it is very slow. Application to interview is roughly 3 months.
