VMware interview questions

The interview process is broken to the core and the HR Team is nothing but an ego fueled machine doing its job. There were 3 technical rounds 1st was one of basic Java knowledge and DS Algo problems and the interviewer was very humble. 2nd was one advanced Java problems and API designing ( as per VMWare standards - which is surprisingly and not surprisingly known only to VMWare folks ). 3rd one was System Design and advanced Java interview questions. The HR process is too lethargic and egoistic. The HR Team only called twice after that and discussed the offer with expected CTC. Then no response or communication and then after a long long period of time, they send an email saying that since ' I was not reachable ', they are going to go ahead with someone else. Jesus ! What a strange ego machine VMWare has installed to take interviews.
