There were 4 different sessions: Recruiter Screening (30 mins), Hiring Manager (1 hour), Peer Interview (1 hour) and then a panel interview (1.5 hours). The Panel interview was a presentation format on a template they provided. They were slow to respond and had to chase for updates. Four hours of interview time plus preparation for each call and building the presentation. Conservatively over 6 hours of time invested in this role and was given no feedback about why there was no offer. Disappointing and lengthy process after having very positive sessions and getting to final stages.
