VMware interview questions

Recruiter Interview, Application Submission, Hiring Manager Interview, Team Interview. The process was clearly explained and defined at the beginning of the interview. Having to create an account was necessary for application submission.

Multiple email exchanges with HR, then a call with a special officer that is in charge of booking 3 interviews (first general talk, 2 technical). After the first interview got a rejection with a reasoning that the interviewer didn’t fancy the way I keep up to date with the latest technologies. Rather clumsy excuse and waste of time. Why plan and prepare for 3 interviews as a group (also confirmed by the interview booker officer) and in reality having them as an individual stage each?
