VMware interview questions

A tour of the building followed by a presentation, two interviews, and another presentation at the end. Both interviews were pretty relaxed - not really intense technical questions, more of a high-level overview of your skills and interests. They seem a lot more interested with how you'd fit into the company. Everyone I met was really friendly.
