Interview
About three weeks before getting feedback after application was submitted online. Several (4 total) interviews were very professionally conducted. The last interview was half-day on-site, being interviewed by peers and managers. Friendly and knowledgeable people asking relevant questions. They care about you being qualified to fulfill the role but also about you being happy doing it. I really appreciated the fact that they invest a lot of time and effort in the hiring process to make sure you are fit for the role, this builds up confidence that you are making the right decision. This was especially useful for me as I was in a situation where I had to choose between leaving a comfortable job where I was appreciated (but getting bored) and jumping into a new one.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Unity (Brighton, Inglaterra) in Sep 2019
Interview
After an initial screening call with one of the in-house recruiters, I had a one-to-one remote interview with one of the lead developers. This was followed by a more in depth interview with additional senior people, together with a tour of the site.
Everyone involved was friendly and professional, throughout. The questions were perceptive and a very refreshing level of trust was placed in my technical ability on the basis of my previous achievements.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Unity (Montreal, QC) in Sep 2019
Interview
I was first sent a flattering invitation email, followed by an optimistic phone call. Some tricky Codiliy technical test later, I met with the team and leads on-site for several (~8) potential roles.
We talked about the roles' tasks and responsibilities, as well as about the company: its culture and projects. Some meetings included a live technical exercise.
When a matching role was found, I was asked my desired salary as well as 4 references: 2 colleagues and 2 leads. Some time later I was sent an offer along with a NDA.
