Unity interview questions

Overall, a very positive experience. :) Being an Internal Recruiter myself, I can appreciate the efficiency and effort that was put in this. I was approached on 16th Aug and offered on 9th Aug with 3 stage interview process and reference checks. The interviews were very enjoyable and I actually had a lot of fun. I felt like I was having a conversation rather than being assessed. I was taken care of at every stage with regular updates and check ins from the team and Managers - it's very rare these days. Big well done to the team!

The interview process is thorough. Unity take the time to get to know you as a person and for that reason it can take a little longer. My process included a call with a recruiter. Three Zoom interviews and an onsite meet in Brighton. During this time you have regular check-ins with the recruitment team who are very informative and helpful on next steps. Overall it was a smooth interview process and I am extremely happy to have accepted the offer.
