There were several rounds of phone interviews and an in-person meeting. The recruiter was great at following up, answering questions, and setting expectations on next steps. I had to do a presentation that was straightforward. The people I connected with were smart, friendly, and professional.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Unity (Montreal, QC) in Oct 2019
Interview
First call with HR was very informative, with a desire to talk compensation up front. Codility take-home test followed by an interview with the team's manager, some general technical questions, but mostly interested in hearing about your previous experience. Last phase was a series of interviews with the team, that consisted of a few whiteboard questions.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Unity (Austin, TX) in Sep 2019
Interview
I had originally interviewed with Unity for a TAM position in Austin, Texas, but wasn’t chosen for that position. They kept my information on file and contacted me regarding an opening they had for support engineer role! The previous interview process took several months, so I was well informed about the company and great people. This process only took a week due to my prior interviews and I gladly accepted!!
