Interview
Although 6 back-to-back one-on-one interviews might seem intimidating, the experience was quite pleasant. It was nice to hear about experiences from multiple perspectives. This model gave me a sense of the current culture at Unity and what I would like to expound upon.
The interview process at Unity was smooth and professional! I applied online. There was a recruiter phone screen, then a manager phone screen, and finally a full day onsite with the team and people from other teams. I let them know that I had other offers. They were very understanding of my situation and respectful of my timeline. I was delighted that they decided to extend me an offer so quickly after my onsite. Props to HR for getting everything done so quickly and thoroughly.
