In the process there are three steps: a profile assessment, a digital interview and the discovery center. i was rejected after the digital interview. In the digital interview there are different case studies: there is no specific technical knowledge required, but you could not be able to reply if you have any personal knowledge on the topics. Topics were striclty related to the position I was doing my appication for

Question 1
How would you work for launching sun protection products in Thailand?
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Unilever (Róterdam) in Dec 2018
Interview
After attending an interview in the Netherlands (I live south-eastern Europe), Unilever has stated that it is not willing to reimburse candidates that travel to interviews from abroad. Given their size and all that "people commitment" mumbo jumbo, this is questionable. I then suggested that they partner with the EURES EU programme which reimburses EU citizens for interview travel to another EU country and was told that Unilever isn't willing to partner with the European Commission because, "it has to provide a lot of information" during the registration process. Also questionable. I'm guessing employees aren't exposed to a lot of perks or transparency.
