have only done the games section so far. Numerosity which is essentially quick fire mental maths addition subtraction etc and then a game where you select similar shapes quickly and you get it incorrect if you select one that isnt the same
I applied online. I interviewed at Unilever (Durban) in Aug 2021
Interview
I applied 3 months ago. Steps are:
Personality games
Logical/numerical games
Digital interview
Assessment day.
I passed the games and had a digital interview. I interviewed 3 months ago. The Questions were ridiculous... it's called a Future leaders program where they train you and groom you as long as you have potential. But doesn't look like it. The Questions are more for experienced people.
I didn't get a reply for the past 3 months !! There's Noone you can even contact. Eventually I took an email from the level Up team and she directed me to the Talent recruiter. I rejected other offers because I thought Unilever was probably shortlisting me hence they taking so long. Because normally the next day or maximum 2 weeks u get an answer.
I emailed them today and then only I got an email from the recruitment team saying I'm rejected! It's absolutely unfair. For being a such a big company, it's really disappointing to know this is how you treat people. Absolutely unfair.
All I can say to the rest of the candidates is, Good luck and I hope you are successful in whatever position you go. But I personally wouldn't refer anyone to Unilever they don't care about you.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Something about a new chemical equipment and there's like 5 Questions below it....can't remember exact questions because it's been so long.
